Next Step is a company formed from the personal experience of living in the “Sandwich Generation”. The term sandwich generation originated from the obvious, of finding oneself in the middle of our senior parents and our children. Trying to keep everyone happy on both family sides as well as hold down the full time career to maintain the quality of life your family is accustomed to.
