- Advertising for the sale of the contents will be included in the initial estimate
- The contents sale will be staffed by bondable employees
- All monies from the contents sale will be turned over to the family representative responsible for finance
- Next Step will not guarantee a specific amount of sales but will endeavor to negotiate the highest amount for each sale item
- Next Step may require outside resources to determine the market value of some more valuable items such as antique furnishings. The cost of estimates from such sources will be an additional charge with quotes in writing provided to the family
